What we do with your information.
Short version: we only take what we need to answer you and build what you asked for, we never sell it, and we never train anything on it. See also the cookie policy and terms & conditions.

What we collect
Only what you type into the form on our site: your name, your work email, and the task you would like to hand off. That's it. No hidden fields, and we don't ask for anything the audit doesn't need. If you email or call us instead, we hold that conversation and your contact details.
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not use analytics on this site, and we do not build a profile on you.
Two third parties are involved, and no others. Google Fonts serves the typefaces you see: your browser requests them directly from Google's servers, which can expose your IP address to Google as ordinary server-log data. It doesn't set a cookie and isn't used to track you. Full detail is in the cookie policy.
Formspree carries the audit form. When you press send, your name, work email and the task you described are passed to them and forwarded to us by email. They hold a copy on their servers under their own retention policy. Nothing else on this site touches them, and they receive nothing unless you submit the form.
Why we hold it
- To reply to you and to run the free workflow audit you asked for.
- To quote and deliver work if you decide to go ahead.
- To keep the records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices.
Your business data, once we start work
This is the part that matters most, so it is written plainly.
Agents run inside your environment, or inside a private one we set up for you. Your data does not get pooled with anyone else's.
Nothing is used to train any model. Not ours, not a third party's.
You hold the keys. Access is granted by you and can be revoked by you at any moment, and the workflow maps and agents are yours to keep.
We will sign your confidentiality and data processing paperwork before the first working call.
Who else sees it
The tools we need to run a small business: email, calendars, and the systems you ask us to connect an agent to. Each one only receives what it needs for that job. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, ever.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted within twelve months. Client records are kept for as long as we work together, and then for the period the law requires for accounts and contracts.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it within thirty days, no argument and no retention pitch.
Consent when you use the form
Submitting the audit form is how you tell us it's OK to use what you've entered to prepare and reply with your audit. We don't add you to a mailing list or contact you for anything else from that submission alone.
